The Australian Sports Foundation (ASF) works with sporting clubs and organisations of all sizes, across the country to raise money for Australian sport. The ASF Board had a vision to grow and reshape the ASF into the leading organisation for sports based philanthropy in Australia - it needed a transformation.  

We were engaged to work with the ASF to assist them to design, plan and implement the transformation needed to achieve its overarching goal. Through thorough research and planning, and constantly engaging with all stakeholders involved, along with the Board, we devised a proposed plan and then worked to implement it over a period of 9 months. Focusing on three key areas, Fundraising, Marketing and Technology we helped revamp the ASF into an organisation that is client-focused and proactive, implemented a new CRM, built a new website and online donation capability, devised detailed fundraising campaigns with their major clients and turned around their reputation in the sporting sector.
